Merge Dragons Mushrooms

Webis there a level before dm3 i can harvest from magic mushrooms? I have a star quest to do it in. Webyou can make literally dozens of the bush wonders from the wood you get working on those trees, and just tapping all those bushes out right before you merge them will get you.
